4. Orders and Cancellations

If your order is cancelled after payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Once an order has been fulfilled and shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or any circumstances outside our control. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. We are not liable for items delivered to an incorrect address provided by you.

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the limited-run nature of our products, all sales are considered final unless an item arrives damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at romance.dawn.web@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review each case individually and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund. We do not accept returns for sizing issues — please refer to the size guide before purchasing.
