All ROMANCE THE DAWN orders are processed and fulfilled within 3–6 weeks of purchase. This window accounts for production, quality checks, and carrier handling. Every order ships with tracking — you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
We ship to the United States and select international destinations. International orders may be subject to additional customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. ROMANCE THE DAWN is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Once an order has been handed to the carrier, delivery timelines are outside our direct control. However, we stand behind every shipment. If your order has not arrived within 6 weeks of your purchase date, contact us and we will investigate immediately.

Returns & Refunds
Because our products are printed and fulfilled in limited quantities, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons including but not limited to: change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference. Please review the size guide carefully before purchasing.
We will consider a refund or replacement only in the following circumstances:
- Defective item — the product arrived with a manufacturing defect, misprint, or damage that was not caused in transit.
- Non-delivery — your order was never delivered and tracking confirms it was lost in transit.
In either case, all refund requests are subject to review. We do not issue automatic refunds. The process is as follows:
- Email us at romance.dawn.web@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order (or within 7 days of the expected delivery date in the case of non-delivery).
- Include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photographic evidence where applicable.
- We will review your case and respond within 5 business days. We reserve the right to request additional information before making a decision.
- If your claim is approved, we will offer a replacement item or a refund to your original payment method at our discretion.
Claims submitted outside the 7-day window, or without sufficient supporting evidence, will not be considered. ROMANCE THE DAWN reserves the right to refuse any refund request that does not meet the above criteria.
